As Chief of Staff, provided executive support to the Commissioner, Premier and Chief Health Officer during Queensland’s largest peacetime emergency response — helping coordinate up to 16,000 personnel and the closure of 3,337 km of borders within 24 hours.

Led reform of Queensland’s $500,000 homicide reward policy, including the Cabinet submission and 25 ministerial responses approved and announced by the Police Minister.

Led intelligence reform associated with FY16/17 increases of 202% in arrests, 97% in charges and 1,656% in seizures — alongside a capability framework delivered to 1,038 members.

Before public service, there was music.
My first job was in a music store. My second was teaching guitar and piano. Music has remained a working part of my life ever since.
Live sound engineering in my early career taught me to listen, adapt and make every contributor sound better.
I maintain a recording studio that emerging bands can use to produce demos and find their first audience.
I am building software that helps musicians discover compatible collaborators and move quickly into virtual jam rooms.
